Horizon's Children's Services Age +3 - Horizon provides mental health and substance use treatment for children and adolescents ages 3 and up. Treatment is designed to address each child/adolescent’s individual needs. Newfane Middle and High School is a satellite location for Horizon's mental health counselors, if interested in having your child linked to receive services in the school building, please let Horizon's know when you call to make an appointment.
