Strong schools are built with intention. They are the result of thoughtful reflection, shared priorities, and a community working together toward a common vision.

Newfane Central School District’s Strategic Plan was developed through a collaborative process that included feedback from our Board of Education, leadership team, faculty, staff, students, families, and community members. This process helped us identify the strengths of our district, opportunities for growth, and the priorities that will guide our work moving forward.

The Strategic Plan shared below establishes our mission, vision, core values, priority areas, objectives, and strategies. It provides the foundation for the action plans that will guide our work and help us measure our progress.
