Attention Parents,

If you plan to enroll your eligible child into kindergarten at Newfane Elementary School next fall, please read below about registration.  Completed registrations should be returned before March 8, 2024.  Kindergarten screenings will take place after registration and appointments will be made based on completed registrations.

Kindergarten Registration Packet (print and complete)

Other required documents to be returned include:

* Copy of your child's birth certificate
* Proof of residency in the District (e.g., lease agreement, electric bill, mortgage, etc.)
* Proof of identity (e.g., copy of valid NYS driver's license)
* Copy of custody papers if applicable
* Copy of current immunization record

Completed document packages can be returned the following ways:

* Email Central Registration at mludwig@newfanecentralschools.org (type:  K Registration in subject line)
* Drop them off at Newfane Early Childhood Center.  Call 716-778-6351 prior to drop off.
* Mail documents to Central Registration at 6048 Godfrey Road, Burt, NY 14028

Note:  Currently enrolled children in Newfane UPK do not need to be registered again.

Note:  An eligible child turns 5 years old on or before December 1, 2024
